Our subscription plans (Lite: $19.99/month and Plus: $59.99/month) provide access to our software platform including blog editing tools, image editing capabilities, and knowledge base creation tools. Our services do not include any physical goods or human services.

2. Eligibility

Refunds may be granted under the following circumstances:

Service not functioning as described in our product documentation
Duplicate or accidental charges
Technical issues preventing service usage
Subscription cancellation within 14 days of initial purchase (for new customers only)

Partial months of service
Services already used
Subscription renewals not canceled in time
